Contact support
Write to halumo.photos@gmail.com with your platform and app version (About on macOS/Windows, Settings on iPhone/Android), what you did, and what happened. A screenshot helps. We read every message and reply personally.
Where can I get Halumo?
Mac and iPhone from the App Store, and Mac and Windows as direct downloads — all four platforms are laid out side by side on the download page. Android is still in closed testing and is not publicly listed yet.
Sign-in isn't working
An account is only required for AI editing; everything else works signed out. Sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft from Settings. If it fails, check your connection and try again — if it keeps failing, contact support with your platform and provider.
How does the AI allowance work?
Each account gets a monthly allowance of AI edits, shown in the app before you use one. By default, a request sends your instructions plus basic measurements of the photo — brightness, clipping — not the photo itself. An opt-in mode you can turn on also sends a downscaled preview of your current edit. Details in the privacy policy.
What formats does Halumo support?
Mac and Windows open JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and RAW from most major cameras, and export to JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. iPhone and Android edit what's already in your photo library; RAW isn't supported on mobile yet.
How do updates work?
On Mac and iPhone, through the App Store. If you downloaded Mac or Windows directly from this site, the app updates itself in the background — there is nothing to check.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or delete your account from the web if you no longer have Halumo installed.
